I loved the dark windows that they used in their escalator bays. The old Elizabeth store (now Myer) still has this, but Myer have added some white outlines to it. I miss Johnnies – it was a unique department store, and their Rundle Mall store was a true flagship store.

Johnnies, what an inconic store. The Rundle Mall store was every sense of the term flagship store, while the suburban stores all had their unique charm.
